When Nithya and her husband reached out to me, they were visiting California from out of state for a special reason—their babymoon. Expecting their first child and wanting to capture this unforgettable season of life, they were looking for a scenic, peaceful location that truly showcased the beauty of Southern California. I knew immediately that there was no better place than Sunset Cliffs.

As a Southern California maternity photographer, Sunset Cliffs is one of my all-time favorite locations. The ocean views, golden light, and dramatic coastline create the most breathtaking backdrop for maternity photos. It’s one of those magical places where every moment feels cinematic.

Nithya trusted my expertise completely—from outfit suggestions, to choosing the perfect time of day, to selecting the ideal photo spots along the cliffs. And let me tell you… the photos did not disappoint.

The sunset that evening was glowing, casting warm light over the water and highlighting Nithya’s radiant skin. She looked absolutely stunning as the sun dipped behind the horizon. Both she and her husband radiated joy, love, and excitement as they anticipate welcoming their first baby. Their golden skin tones against the warm California sunset created the most gorgeous, timeless images.
